Do You Need to Implement Everything On This List?

First of all, you don’t need to do anything, you don’t want.

For example, I hate fighting and I can’t imagine that I will pick up fights with random people, just to get their attention.

I also don’t like to offend people. I’m very straight-forward and like to say, what I think, but there’s a huge difference between saying what you think and purposefully offending people.

So no, you don’t have to do everything on this list.

I know for sure, that offending people and picking fights, won’t make me happier or have better relationships, so I won’t do it. Know your values and act accordingly.

Action Items – Do This Once To Be More Successful

  • Decide on a time each day or each week to isolate yourself and reenergize.
  • Let your family know to make sure, they won’t interrupt your alone-time.
