To stay motivated and on track, 30-Day Challenges can be really helpful.

Good vs. bad challenges

Before we start, I propably need to mention, that I wanted these Challenges to be really actionable. Therefore, you won’t find any “outcome-based” challenges on this list.

Challenges like “30 Days to 100 Email Subscribers” sound great in theory, but unless they come with a clear action plan, they aren’t really helpful. You have a goal, but no roadmap on how to get there.

Furthermore, you can’t fully control, whether or not you’ll reach the desired outcome. You can take all the action steps provided, but still end up with just 72 subscribers instead of 100. Although you did everything, you promised, you’ll still feel like a failure and this doesn’t help anybody.

So, now that we’re clear about, what kind of challenges, you’ll find on my list, let’s get started.

You can also combine two challenges, but beware that it’s better to follow through with one challenge than to start two or more and fall off track during the first week.

However, you might be able to combine some of the Social Media Challenges, since they aren’t that time-consuming. You could, for example, post 1 picture on Instagram AND comment on 10 posts each day.
